What is a Sentiment Score?
You can report on the health of the business and your sentiment toward your mandate at any time, without your client seeing it. Think of this like the call button on an airplane — you ring the bell and we’ll come running to help you!

How to Submit Sentiment

Throughout the Fractional App, you will see buttons with a smiley, that you can click on to open the sentiment submission form. You will be prompted to answer a few simple questions, select an emoji ranging from Great to Awful, and enter some notes and additional context.
When to Submit a Sentiment Score
You can submit sentiment scores as often as you want, but our system will reset your score every 30 days — please submit a sentiment score at least once per month. It’s way, way better for us to be proactive at the soonest sign of possible turbulence, rather than wait until we are forced to be reactive.
There are some critical signals, good and bad, that you should let us know about ASAP if you see them:
🔄 New people in key roles or team shakeups
📉 The client going quiet, missing meetings, or work slowing down
⚖️ Work drifting to outside counsel
💸 Budget tightening, legal risks, or changes in your regulatory landscape
📈 Signs the business is growing or gearing up for something big
